Practical information
VENUE
The “OSOR Turns 15” conference will be held at the Steigenberger Wiltcher’s Hotel (avenue Louise 71, 1050 Brussels, Belgium).
ACCOMODATION
If you have registered as on-site participant, please wait until you receive the registration confirmation from the organisers before proceeding with any travel or accommodation arrangements. Please note that the organisers do not cover participants travel and accommodation costs.

GETTING TO THE VENUE
From Brussels Zaventem Airport
Train
Up to 4 trains per hour connect the airport to Brussels South Station and the trip takes 20-25 min. From there, take the metro lines n.2 or n.6 direction Elisabeth and get off at the stop “Louise.” You walk 5 minutes to the Steigenberger Wiltcher’s hotel. More info on: www.belgianrail.be
Taxi
The taxi from the airport takes approximately 20-30 minutes to the venue, and the fare is around €45.
From Brussels Midi (South) train station
Metro
You can take either metro lines n.2 or n.6 direction Elisabeth and get off at the stop “Louise.” Walk 5 minutes to the Steigenberger Wiltcher’s hotel.

From Brussels Central train station
Tram
Walk 5 minutes towards Parc de Bruxelles, to the stop “Palais”. Take the tram 93 towards Legrand. Get off at the stop “Stéphanie”.
By car
If you arrive by car, there is a big underground 24h carpark with direct access to the hotel (Parking Stéphanie-Louise: access from Avenue Louise or Rue de la Bonté ; rice: €22 per day). However, as the venue location is very central and the traffic can get quite hectic, you might want to consider leaving your car a bit further away and come to the venue by bus or metro.
ON ARRIVAL
Conference registration will open on 21 November at 08:15 CET. We kindly ask you to bring your confirmation email and an identification document (ID or passport) with you.
PHOTOGRAPHER
Please note that there will be photographers and videographers at the event. If you do not wish to be filmed and/or photographed, please let us know before the event by contacting us at support@osorturns15.eu. We will provide you with a different lanyard to signal your preference to the staff. If possible, we also recommend informing the photographers and videographers directly about your wish.
CANCELLATION
If you can’t join us this time in Brussels, we kindly ask you to inform us at support@osorturns15.eu so that your seat can be allocated to another participant.
